Your Creation Networks technician will text you a 9-digit Support Key from 405-370-0086. Enter it here and we'll be on your screen in a minute or two.
- 01Enter your name and Support KeyKeys expire after about 10 minutes, so ask for a new one if it doesn't work.
- 02Run the small helper downloadOpen the file your browser downloads. It's signed by GoTo, the remote-support tool we use.
- 03Approve the sessionYou'll be asked to allow screen sharing. You can watch everything we do and end the session at any time.
Our Support Keys are only texted from 405-370-0086. If a key came from any other number, or someone contacted you out of the blue asking for access, don't enter it. Call us at 405-370-0086 to check.
